One takeaway of this entire week is to #findabalance. So, if you find yourself with nothing to do, don’t fret, you can in fact do it all. That’s right: everything you’ve been craving to have the time to do.
For starters, there is no better time to take full advantage of all the freetime you have to finish not just
one, but perhaps all of the shows you have been dying to finish. The pressure seems to be on everyone
to stay productive while at home, but this needn’t be the case. If you have the spare time and feel like
escaping into a different world for a while, don’t stress, go ahead and binge a little!

recommendation of sixty minutes a day, but in times like this, you should stay in tune with the attainable:

Growing tired in general? Well first off, if you are stressed out because of the news, just take a break
from that for a while. It is important to stay caught up once a day or two, but don’t drown yourself in
negative news. Just take a breath, or take a nap!
