Keeping Physically Fit During Quarentine

My physical health has been lagging since my return home from college so I decided to share some ways I have been keeping physically active when I am social distancing or even for everyday life in general. I would like to encourage you to take part with me and comment on what ways you are physically staying fit.

1. Walking my dog

This is for my most lazy days. I have a Boston Terrier that is 9 years old and has short legs so she only needs to walk for approximately 20 minutes a day. Either way, I recommend getting up and immediately going for a walk. It sets me up for being lots more busy and effective during the day. And it gets you out of the house.

2. Going on a Run or Walk
Running is an acquired taste, I ran cross country for four years and I don't even like it sometimes. However, running, and walking go hand in hand with cardiovascular health benefits.

3. Stretching
Stretching is a simple way to start exercising. It's simple and you can have small-term goals like touching your toes. Because it also doesn't require any equipment it can be done anywhere anytime. You also don't have to do it for a long time to see health benefits.

4. Going on a Bike Ride

5. Putting Healthy Things in your Diet
Healthy looks different for each and every person. Some people may have dietary issues, including lactose intolerance, allergies, and texture issues keeping them from eating certain things. while I am no nutritionist it is often better to have fresh fruits and vegetables when possible your plate should include a variety of food groups and colors.
